Out of Hours cover is provided by East of England Ambulance Service. The service hours are:
6:30pm - 8:00am
Monday to Friday
6:30pm Friday - 8:00am Monday
Weekends
24 hour cover during Bank & Public Holidays.
This service is for you and your family to use when you need urgent medical care at night and weekends. To access this service telephone East Harling or Kenninghall Surgery and you will either:
- Receive recorded information giving the new night time and weekend contact number.
or
- Alternatively you can ring East of England Ambulance Service on 01603 488 488.
You will be asked to give details of the problem and may be given advice over the telephone by a doctor. On occasion you may be asked to visit a nurse, doctor or paramedic at a local GP Surgery, health centre or community hospital. Alternatively a home visit may be arranged.
