Run by the Doctor and Practice Nurse at Kenninghall on the 1st and 2nd Thursday of each month and includes:
- Full education prgramme.
- Blood sugar measurement and urine test.
- Advice on diet.
- Eye Examination.
- Foot Care.
- Blood Pressure Measurement.
- Self Monitoring and Management Plan.
The community dietician provides support to this clinic.
